Mr. Chy Pech (Sen) comes from Kandal Province. In the 1980s, he worked as an  accountant in the department of agriculture in Koh Kong Province. Later in early 1990, he  became a driver of department of health in Phnom Penh city. Driving then became his  career. We continued working as a driver for Don Bosco Foundation of Cambodia and  Caring for Young Khmer.
