The Youth Star Cambodia Alumni Association (YSCAA) stands as a powerful testament to the lasting impact of youth volunteerism and collective leadership. Established in 2008, YSCAA brings together former Youth Star volunteers and staff who remain deeply committed to the organization’s mission and to advancing positive social change across Cambodia. Led and governed by alumni elected by their peers, the association embodies solidarity, shared values, and a continued spirit of service.
Its members actively promote volunteerism, support Youth Star initiatives, and respond to community needs through meaningful actions such as tree planting, environmental clean-ups, awareness bike rides, and civic engagement activities. During challenging times when Cambodia faced border conflict, YSCAA members demonstrated strong unity and compassion by mobilizing financial contributions and essential supplies to support displaced families and stand in solidarity with frontline soldiers.
With a growing nationwide network of more than 400 members, YSCAA exemplifies how Youth Star’s investment in young leaders creates a powerful ripple effect—transforming individual lives through voluntary service and leadership, while contributing to community development and Cambodia’s sustainable future.
